Vanamahotsav
Vanamahotsav, "the festival of trees," was launched by Dr. K. M. Munshi with the purpose of saving forests and trees by planting saplings. To highlight the importance of preserving forests and increasing the number of trees on Earth, the Department of FA organized a weeklong celebration to instill the value of planting saplings in children. Athulya Prince of XI A presented a speech in the school assembly. Saplings were planted on the campus by Shri E. Ramankutty, Director of BVB, Kochi Kendra, and Smt. Sunitha S, Academic Supervisor of BVB, Kochi Kendra, to propagate the lofty vision of Munshiji.
